TWC is a highly specialized company that provides construction management, inspection, and documentation services for small, mid-size, and high profile transportation projects.

The corporate headquarters is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which handles the western region of the state. The eastern region of the state is handled by the office located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
